Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for the most common Sky setup and panel problems.

Sky does not start

Confirm the folder is named sky_anticheat.
Confirm sky_license.lua exists in the resource root.
Confirm ensure sky_anticheat is in server.cfg.
Read the FXServer console for a license, plan or entitlement error.

Panel shows the wrong server or “No selected server”

Open the server from the Servers page again.
Confirm the clean URL contains the correct server slug.
Hard refresh with Ctrl + F5 after panel updates.

Monthly Add Server button is locked

Monthly can own 1 server.
Check whether an older server entry is already attached to the account.
Check the Billing/Plan state on the account.

Live Map is empty

Confirm the Sky server resource is online and syncing.
Confirm players are online.
Check OneSync/state-awareness availability for server-side player ped positions.

Discord webhook does not send

Use the Test button in Sky.
Confirm the Discord webhook still exists.
Confirm the webhook is enabled for the event type you are testing.

What to send to support

Include context

Send the exact error message, screenshot, relevant console lines, what changed immediately before the issue, and your Sky version. Never post private webhook URLs or database passwords.
